The situation
A para-pharmacy supplier needed chilled storage, batch traceability and delivery into more than 900 pharmacies, several of which accept goods only in a two-hour morning window.
What we changed
Chilled pallet positions at two hubs, temperature logging on every dispatched load, and early-morning routes built around each pharmacy's receiving window.
The result
Zero temperature excursions across the first year, and recall scoping reduced from two days of phone calls to a single batch query.
